Cambria

Cambria is a risk-to-earn MMO on Abstract that blends RuneScape-inspired progression with player-owned Web3 economies, sovereign land, and high-stakes PvP. It originally launched on Ronin and has since expanded to Abstract, growing into one of onchain gaming's largest player economies, with lifetime risked volume surpassing 160M as of July 2026.

Gameplay spans three core modes: Gold Rush, a battle-royale-style PvE extraction mode where players gather resources and race to extract before rivals do; the Duel Arena, a ranked PvP hub where combat outcomes pay out based on opponent skill and betting volume; and Archipelagos, where Island holders govern sovereign land, setting taxation while settlers farm under their authority. Combat rewards timing and positioning over stat advantages, keeping progression skill-based.

The economy runs on player manufacturing and trade rather than a single emissions token — core NFTs generate craftable fragments, Islands produce taxable settler revenue, and goods flow from island refineries to mainland markets through treasuries and port fees. Cambria runs in defined seasons that refresh content and rebalance the economy, with an announced token launch intended to reward long-term NFT holders, Island holders, and active players.

Assets

Cambria ships its economy across several NFT collections rather than one token: Cambria Cores (fragment factories), Cambria Islands (sovereign land), Cambria Companions (pet NFTs), and Cambria Founder NFTs (early-supporter perks). All are collections of the single Cambria game, not separate projects.

Cambria Genesis on Ethereum

On October 5, 2026, Cambria announced Cambria Genesis, "on Ethereum mainnet," which it describes as an "MMORPG w/ massive onchain stakes," with its whitelist by invitation only.

The Genesis Founding Charters went on sale on October 8 at 0.06 ETH on Ethereum mainnet, with a priority whitelist first and a first-come, first-served round two hours later. Cambria posted the same day that the charters had "minted out." It says charter traits will be revealed on Saturday, October 10.

Cambria has not said that its existing game is leaving Abstract, so this page still lists Abstract as Cambria's chain. If Cambria names a new home for the game, this page will record it.
