Cambria Sets RSGP Token Generation Event for Oct. 29 on Base

Cambria, the risk-to-earn MMO on Abstract, has scheduled the token generation event for its RSGP token for Thursday, Oct. 29 at 11AM ET, according to a first-party announcement published by playcambria on Oct. 28.

The token will launch on base as a bridged version of the canonical Ethereum token, per the announcement, which also published the contract address 0x44B63aF715D5ef02CC3646a6CE96875e11d69E85. Total supply is set at 5,000,000,000 RSGP.

Notably, the token debuts on Base rather than Abstract, the chain where Cambria's game economy operates. The bridged structure means the Ethereum contract remains the canonical issuance, with the Base deployment serving as the circulating version for traders.

The announcement follows a months-long lead-up. Cambria opened opt-in for RSGP in September 2026 under the newly formed Cambria Foundation, with eligibility closing Sept. 29 at 11PM ET. The studio has since shipped Patch V0.6 and moved into its Genesis Testnet period, alongside a Charter Reveal in mid-October and the "Cambria Journey" experience launched on Oct. 25.

Cambria has grown into one of onchain gaming's larger player economies, surpassing 160 million in lifetime risked volume as of July 2026. Its gameplay spans Gold Rush, a PvE extraction mode; the Duel Arena, a ranked PvP hub; and Archipelagos, where Island holders govern sovereign land.
