Team1 is the Avalanche Foundation's global community and builder programme, organised as regional chapters that run local events, education, and builder support.
Team1 operates as a network of country and region chapters rather than a single central team. Each chapter runs its own programming — meetups, workshops, hackathon support — under a shared Team1 identity, coordinated by @AvaxTeam1. It sits under the Avalanche Foundation (/tags/avalanche-foundation).
Team1's programme surface includes Cascade (/tags/cascade), its ecosystem map and onboarding hub for Avalanche projects; a Builders Hub (/tags/team1-builders-hub) for teams starting to build; and a grants track (/tags/team1-grants) for funding community work.
