Cambria Teases 'Charter Reveal' Set for Saturday at 11am ET

Cambria (playcambria) has scheduled a "Charter Reveal" for Saturday, Oct. 17 at 11am ET, the studio announced on Oct. 13, attaching a media teaser. Charters are Cambria's Founding Charter NFTs, which minted out on Ethereum mainnet on Oct. 8. Founder cyberpunk said on Oct. 7 that each Charter's traits roll randomly at reveal.

The announcement lands in the run-up to Cambria Genesis, which the risk-to-earn MMO said on Oct. 5 will run on Ethereum mainnet. Cambria reported more than 160 million in lifetime risked volume as of July 2026.

Recent updates have centered on the run-up to Genesis. On Sept. 28, Cambria shipped Patch V0.6, adding Pit Fights, Charm Cards, Dungeon Chest Keys and the Genesis Client v0. Wave 1 mint approvals followed on Oct. 7, and the Founding Charters sold out the next day in a whitelist mint priced at 0.06 ETH.

On Oct. 10, playcambria previewed a login screen and character management system and asked players whether they had their charter NFT ready, though the studio has not linked that preview to the Saturday event.

Cambria's gameplay currently spans three modes: Gold Rush, a PvE extraction battle royale; the Duel Arena, a ranked PvP hub where payouts scale with opponent skill and betting volume; and Archipelagos, where island holders govern sovereign land and set taxation for settlers.

What to Watch

The reveal is set for 11am ET on Oct. 17. Cambria has not said what the reveal will show beyond the teaser, or how Charters will interact with Archipelagos land governance or the Genesis Testnet.
