Cambria Opens RSGP Opt-In Ahead of Sept 29 Deadline

playcambria has confirmed that RSGP, the upcoming native token of its Abstract-based stakes MMO, will be governed by @CambriaFDN, the newly created Cambria Foundation. Eligible historical users have until Sept 29, 2026 at 11PM ET to accept the terms of the Genesis Event Opt-In Agreement.

The Foundation announced its own creation, describing its mandate as stewarding and growing the Cambria protocol, community and ecosystem after three years of public building. RSGP — Real Stakes Game Play — will form the core of the ecosystem's consensus mechanisms, underpinning the economy of Genesis, Cambria's upcoming permanent game world.

According to the Foundation, Genesis will feature persistent assets, guild treasuries, resource competition and high-stakes war games, with incentives and key levers directed by the protocol and RSGP holders. Additional detail on the token is expected ahead of the Genesis Event.

Cambria is a risk-to-earn MMO on Abstract that combines RuneScape-inspired progression with player-driven economies, sovereign land and ranked PvP. The project reports more than 160 million in lifetime risked volume as of July 2026, and previously distributed RSGP Loot Chests to long-term community members through a claim window that closed on Aug 5, 2026.

What to Watch

The Sept 29 deadline is the last date eligible historical users can join the RSGP ecosystem before public release. The Foundation has said further RSGP information will be shared ahead of the Genesis Event, making the two-week window the near-term focus for Cambria's existing player base.
