What is Avalanche Developers
It is the identity behind the Avalanche Builder Hub, the network's official developer portal, and behind community programming aimed at engineers building on the platform — documentation, guides, and outreach that lower the barrier to shipping on Avalanche.
Key Features
The Builder Hub packages architecture documentation covering sovereign Layer 1s, the Primary Network, and interchain messaging; quick-start guides for building on the C-Chain; and reference material such as technical whitepapers and audits. It also hosts a Console for configuring and deploying validators and an Explorer for inspecting chains, validators, and cross-chain messages.
How It Works
Builders can choose between deploying directly on the shared C-Chain, which offers an established EVM environment with existing wallet and data-provider integrations, or launching a sovereign Layer 1 with its own validator set. The portal also showcases live applications and integrations across DeFi, stablecoins, and enterprise use cases as reference implementations for new teams.
