Team1 Türkiye to Host 50-Builder Avalanche Residency in Bursa

Team1 Türkiye will bring 50 builders together in Bursa from Sept. 25-27 for a three-day Seed Sprint Builder Residency, the chapter and the global avaxteam1 account announced. The program is being run alongside @OKXTurkiye, and is focused on building within the Avalanche ecosystem.

According to the chapter, participants will spend three days in the same location to produce, develop their ideas, and form new connections — a format that removes builders from their usual surroundings and keeps attention on a single project for the duration of the residency.

Context

Team1 Türkiye is the official Türkiye chapter of Team1, Avalanche's network of recognized regional chapters. The chapter formalized years of community work by local contributors into an official structure, and has favored events that read as local experiences rather than generic meetups — ranging from outdoor gatherings to evening events in Istanbul — with the aim of making Avalanche approachable to people encountering it for the first time. Community organizer Hursel Cay has been a driving figure in the chapter's Türkiye activity.

The Bursa residency adds a multiplayer, retreat-style format to that calendar, and marks the chapter's latest tie-up with an exchange partner in the region.
