Genesis moves to Ethereum
On October 5, 2026, Hamieverse announced that "Hamieverse Genesis is moving to Ethereum Mainnet," describing Genesis as a passport that connects holders to Hamieverse "wherever we build next," with its games and products free to "live on different chains."
On October 6 it set the Genesis snapshot for October 20 at 23:59 UTC and told holders to "move your Genesis NFT to an EVM wallet before the snapshot to receive your NFT airdrop on Ethereum Mainnet." In the same thread it gave a fallback: "If your Genesis isn't in an EVM wallet by the snapshot, you'll still be able to claim it afterwards. One week after the snapshot, we'll open the official claim site for eligible holders to claim their Genesis on Ethereum Mainnet." On October 14 it repeated the instruction for one group of holders: "If you are still holding in AGW, transfer your Genesis to EVM wallet before October 20 at 23:59 UTC," with a short video of the transfer through OpenSea.
Hamieverse has not published the claim site's address or said what makes a holder eligible for the later claim.
Hamieverse announced the move one day before Abstract, the chain the Genesis collection launched on, said it would shut down on December 15, 2026. After Abstract's announcement, founder Mateen Mohammed posted: "Abstract is sunsetting, but nothing about our plans for Hamieverse changes. Genesis is moving to ETH, exactly as announced. The snapshot will take place on October 20."
