About COSMO (MODHAUS)

Last updated Jun 6, 2026

COSMO is the fan-participation platform developed by MODHAUS for tripleS, a 24-member K-pop group launched in 2023 as the world's first "decentralized idol group." The platform runs on Abstract and replaces conventional fandom with a governance model where fan activity carries on-chain weight.

What is COSMO

COSMO is MODHAUS's mobile-first platform that links K-pop fandom to blockchain infrastructure. Rather than treating supporters as passive consumers, COSMO lets fans acquire digital photocards — called Objekts — that function simultaneously as collectibles and voting instruments. Album concepts, sub-unit compositions, title-track selections, and other creative decisions are put to Objekt-weighted on-chain votes, giving the community a documented stake in the group's direction.

Key Features

  • Objekts — NFT digital photocards minted per tripleS activity; each card is unique, tradeable on COSMO's secondary market, and carries voting weight.
  • On-chain governance — fan decisions (unit formation, album concept, event participation) are recorded on-chain, making creative choices auditable and community-owned.
  • COSMO Shop — official storefront at shop.cosmo.fans for purchasing and trading Objekts.
  • Abstract-native — the platform deployed to Abstract, bringing K-pop fandom into the Abstract ecosystem.

How It Works

Fans download the COSMO app, purchase Objekts tied to specific tripleS members and activities, and participate in time-limited on-chain votes. Voting weight is proportional to held Objekts. The model inverts the traditional label–fan relationship: MODHAUS sets the creative parameters, but the community resolves key decisions, creating a fan-governed K-pop group as a proof-of-concept for blockchain-native entertainment.
