Mussallem joined Ava Labs shortly before Avalanche's (/tags/avalanche) mainnet launch and served as SVP and Head of Product, helping shape the company's product direction through its early growth. Before Ava Labs, he co-founded and led Castle Funds, a wealth-management platform focused on digital asset investing, and earlier spent years as VP of Platform Engineering at a large bank.
