What Axiym is
Axiym is a payments infrastructure company that gives payment firms and corporate treasuries stablecoin liquidity, settlement and compliance tooling for moving money across borders. Most of the stablecoin payment activity it reports runs on Avalanche, which has highlighted it as one of the network's main payments platforms.
About Axiym
Axiym describes itself as "infrastructure for the money behind payments." The idea is that a business keeps its existing banking and payment systems and uses stablecoins underneath them to settle faster, including outside banking hours. Avalanche describes Axiym as a liquidity and settlement infrastructure provider for cross-border payment companies. The name is often misspelled "Axiom" in secondary coverage.
Products & Initiatives
Axiym's site lists five building blocks: Pay Now, Settle Later (PNSL), which lets a payment go out before the settlement funds arrive; USDT minted directly with Tether, so settlement assets come from the issuer with no prior transaction history; real-time conversion to limit FX exposure; Cerberus, a compliance layer that runs KYB, KYT, sanctions screening, risk assessment and travel-rule checks as money moves; and a reconciliation layer it calls "one stream of truth across banks, providers, and chains."
Partnerships
Axiym handled the payment setup in Hyundai Card's stablecoin remittance pilot on Avalanche (/tags/hyundai-card). In that pilot Hyundai Motor America converted dollars to USDT and sent them to Hyundai Motor Mexico, and Hyundai Card's release named Axiym alongside Tether and Avalanche as participants. Axiym is also one of the members of the Avalanche Payments Collective announced by avax in August 2026.
