NEXPACE LIMITED sits inside the Nexon group by ownership, not merely sponsorship: Nexon's own annual securities report records NEXON Korea Corporation establishing Nexon Universe Corporation, which established NEXON UNIVERSE GLOBAL LIMITED, which established NEXPACE LIMITED in the U.A.E. in August 2023. The relation is INDIRECT - NEXPACE is a great-grandchild entity, and MapleStory Universe's own docs describe it as an 'affiliate of Nexon' rather than a direct subsidiary.
