As of Oct. 20, Anichess says its OG pool moves from Abstract to Base at the top of November, Cambria set Oct. 19 to move its game treasuries to Base and Ethereum mainnet, and DYLI has told collectors to move to Base.

Two weeks in: the destination map for Abstract's projects - Market analysis

Abstract announced on Oct. 6 that the chain will shut down on Dec. 15, and its Migration Hub says users who do not migrate by then "lose access to their funds." Two weeks on, as of Oct. 20, the destinations projects have named are Ethereum, Base, ApeChain and Robinhood Chain. This piece covers what changed after our one-week survey, then the full map. See the Day-0 report, the migration guide and deadline guide.

Since our Oct. 13 survey

Anichess named a date for its OG pool. On Oct. 15 @AnichessGame wrote that "the OG pool is moving from Abstract to" Base. The cutoff for staking 10,000 or more $CHECK in the public pool was Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 00:00 UTC; holders who staked by then and keep it there for 14 days are "in when the OG pool moves, top of November." The Oct. 8 post had called the OG pool and Checkpoints migration "next"; Anichess gave no Checkpoints date on Oct. 15.

Cambria scheduled its Blast and Abstract cutover. In an Oct. 15 PSA, Cambria said game functionality would migrate off Blast and Abstract on Oct. 19 at 11 a.m. ET, with game treasuries and unclaimed Duel Arena stakes moved to Base and Ethereum mainnet. Its Patch v0.6.4 notes put the Dungeon Key sales treasury on Base and Ethereum mainnet, with Base USDC (primary) and Robinhood USDG as spend tokens afterward. The wind-down page names Ethereum as the bridge destination for stake funds, and our Cambria guide covers the claim steps. We did not find a Cambria post confirming the cutover finished, or dating $RSGP, which founder BEN.ZZZ said on Oct. 9 is "coming to Base."

DYLI named Base. On Oct. 13 @dyli_io posted that DYLI is now on Base, and a follow-up told existing collectors it was "time to move to Base," with profiles and rewards staying with them. On Oct. 18 it repeated the instruction: sign in at dyli.io and the site guides collectors through moving "your collectibles and balance," with diamonds on completion. The Base posts give no deadline; DYLI's Oct. 7 post called Abstract its "current blockchain settlement layer." DYLI had published no counts as of Oct. 19; see our numbers piece.

Ruyui published a migration schedule. On Oct. 15 @RuyuiStudios shared an article describing "a new home on Ethereum Mainnet." It opens registration Oct. 15, freezes Abstract trading with a final ownership snapshot on Nov. 1 at 15:00 UTC, opens Ethereum claims Nov. 3 at 15:00 UTC, and sets a Dec. 15 deadline at 15:00 UTC with no extensions. Its Oct. 6 post had said only "see you on ETH, details soon."

GIGACHADBAT closed its last Abstract season. On Oct. 15 @GIGACHADBAT wrote that Delabs Play Season 2 is complete, "the final Delabs Play season on @AbstractChain. More seasons are on the way. Details soon." No chain is named.

Kona's account said Litany's Abstract assets would bridge. On Oct. 12 @KonaDeFi said that "Litany asset holders on Abstract (Cards, Genesis Hollows) will be able to bridge this week," concluding "Litany's footprint on Abstract," without a destination. A second post said Litany would surface an Abstract option to buy Hollows "minted on Robinhood Chain." Neither names a chain for the Kona protocol, which said on Oct. 7 it was "exploring the best options" for "a new chain."

Bearish named Ethereum. On Oct. 18 @bearish_af wrote that "BEARISH is moving to Ethereum." The post lists a snapshot on Oct. 20 at 00:00 UTC and claims opening Oct. 20 at 16:00 UTC, in one step: "Connect your AGW. Pick your ETH wallet. Sign once." Also: "Your bears, BURR, Customs and rewards all come with you," with "No bridge." The last call is Dec. 16 at 00:00 UTC: "Bears and BURR not claimed by then go to the team wallet."

Hamieverse restated its cutoff. Founder Mateen's Oct. 6 post said "Genesis is moving to ETH, exactly as announced," with the snapshot on Oct. 20. On Oct. 17 @hamieverse posted that holders had until Oct. 20 at 23:59 UTC to move Genesis from AGW to another EVM wallet. Its Oct. 6 post said holders who miss it can still claim "afterwards," and that "one week after the snapshot" it opens a claim site to claim Genesis on Ethereum Mainnet.

Gigaverse: Redeem page open. The Awakening FAQ now says "The Redeem page is open," and that "GIGABIT and your Cash-Out Items will be redeemable on Ethereum mainnet." We found no ROMs or Giglings migration announcement after the Oct. 9 post that promised one "soon"; the latest Gigaverse post we found, on Oct. 15, opened the Hall of Noobs.

Gigaverse's FAQ says plans to migrate Giglings, ROMs and Names off Abstract "are already underway," without naming a chain for Giglings or Names.

Projects with no destination named

Several projects have not said where they are going. As of Oct. 20:

  • Onchain Heroes said on Oct. 8 that Ringbearers, heroes and MoG keys "are safe" and that it would share next steps "soon" (post). Its Oct. 15 post was "just the weekly stats". We found no next-steps post. See Onchain Heroes.
  • Digitoys said on Oct. 8, in EGamers' account, that it "will be migrating to a new chain." We found no later destination post from Digitoys.
  • GIGACHADBAT and Kona (protocol) have said more is coming without naming a chain.

A missing announcement is a gap in the public record, and these teams have until Dec. 15. Chimpers says full details are in Discord, which we did not review.

What the map shows, and what to watch

Ethereum is the most-named destination, followed by Base. Cambria names both. Anichess says its game already lives on Base, so its remaining steps are the OG pool and Checkpoints.

Dates from the sources:

  • Oct. 20. Bearish's snapshot at 00:00 UTC and claims from 16:00 UTC. Anichess's staking cutoff at 00:00 UTC. Hamieverse's Genesis snapshot, per its founder; holders had until 23:59 UTC to move Genesis out of AGW, and the claim site opens a week after the snapshot.
  • Oct. 26. After this date, per Cambria's wind-down page, Blast assets can be withdrawn only through Blast's bridge contracts.
  • Nov. 1 and Nov. 3. Ruyui's trading freeze and snapshot, then Ethereum claims.
  • Top of November. Anichess's OG pool move to Base, and the undated Checkpoints migration.
  • Nov. 30. Chimpers snapshot for Against All Odds cards.
  • Dec. 15. Abstract shuts down. Cambria's patch notes say it will "create a migration flow if needed before Dec 15th" for accounts that only have an AGW and Privy.
  • Dec. 16. Bearish's last call at 00:00 UTC; unclaimed bears and BURR then go to the team wallet.
  • Undated. Gigaverse's ROMs and Giglings announcement, Cambria's RSGP launch, Onchain Heroes' next steps, Digitoys' new chain.
