Wolf Game Expands on Abstract with 'Dig & Dash'

Wolf Game, the NFT-driven strategy franchise built by Seedphrase, has taken a new step forward with the release of Dig & Dash on Abstract Chain. This update revitalizes the project’s signature play-and-earn mechanics while positioning the ecosystem for broader community growth.

The new mode brings faster, more competitive gameplay designed to capture the original Wolf Game spirit. Players compete for WOOL and NFT rewards, with assets sourced through OpenSea and integrated into the project’s wider reward structure.

Introducing Cave Credits and Player Flexibility

Central to the Dig & Dash system are Cave Credits, the in-game resource used to enter matches. Each credit is valued at 0.0001 ETH, with one credit corresponding to one game session.

Wolf Game introduces a unique dual-path model that accommodates both high-stakes and casual players.

  • Time-poor players can amplify their scores with up to a 1000x multiplier, reducing the need for extensive grinding.

  • Time-rich players can aim for Treasure Scores, unlocking exclusive NFT rewards for consistent performance.

This approach expands accessibility and ensures that both commitment and skill are recognized within the ecosystem.

Accessible Gameplay and Sustainable Rewards

Unlike earlier phases of Wolf Game, Dig & Dash removes the NFT ownership requirement, opening participation to a wider audience. Until the introduction of PvP gameplay, all net profits are directed toward Wolf Game NFT buybacks, aligning community rewards with long-term holder value.

Weekly leaderboards maintain competition through two reward tracks:

  • High Score — players earn WOOL and Abstract XP, with an initial 25M WOOL launch bonus.

  • Treasure Score — top players receive NFT prizes based on rarity-weighted discoveries.

This model combines strategic depth with real on-chain incentives, reinforcing Wolf Game’s sustainable play-to-earn vision.

WOOL Utility and Ecosystem Interconnection

WOOL, the native asset of the Wolf Game universe, gains additional functionality in this release. Players will soon be able to purchase character skins to customize gameplay and showcase high scores. All WOOL used for skins will be burned, introducing deflationary pressure on the token.

Moreover, the release interlinks Valley and Caves, uniting the ecosystem’s core experiences. Players can now earn Cave Credits through Valley gameplay, while net profits continue to support Wolf Game NFT buybacks.

Free Cave Credits can also be obtained via weekly participation, in-game discovery, and collaborations with partner NFT collections, fostering ongoing community engagement.

A Step Toward Community Revival

While Wolf Game experienced periods of reduced activity following its initial success, Dig & Dash represents a renewed commitment to community-driven growth on Abstract. The release integrates improved scalability, economic balance, and progression systems that encourage both casual participation and high-level competition.

By blending accessible gameplay with sustainable tokenomics, Wolf Game reasserts its place as a pioneer in Web3 gaming, demonstrating how established NFT projects can evolve through innovation and transparent on-chain economics.
