Maze of Gains 2.0 'Dragma Unleashed' Goes Live on Abstract

Maze of Gains 2.0: Dragma Unleashed is now live on Abstract, marking the official launch of the rebuilt onchain roguelike from onchainheroes. The event runs through September 3, 2026, giving players their first shot at the new season.

The 2.0 update of Maze of Gains is a ground-up rework of the turn-based dungeon crawler, where every run competes for a shared weekly ETH prize pool. Dragma Unleashed kicks off the new version, described by the team as offering 'familiar foes' and 'fat rewards' in a rebuilt maze.

Maze of Gains originally launched on Abstract and is playable on desktop and mobile. Onchain Heroes has spent recent weeks teasing the upgrade, running two incentivized playtests in July and confirming the launch window for the week of August 3. Now, the full version is available to all players.

The announcement also points to a deep-dive thread and updated docs covering the new battle system, items, biomes, and special rooms included in MoG 2.0. With Dragma Unleashed live through Sept 3, players can jump in and start competing for the weekly ETH prize pool immediately.
