Fugz Ships V2 Collector Hub as SBT Holders Face an August 31 Ethereum Deadline

Fugz opened its V2 Collector Hub to every wallet holder on July 30, and a day later the project attached a hard deadline to it: holders with Fugz Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) sitting on an Abstract wallet have until August 31, 2026 — the end of this month — to connect an Abstract Global Wallet (AGW) to their Fugz profile, or the tokens are gone for good.

What shipped July 30

Founder @yotdog69 announced the Hub's relaunch, describing it as a rebuild that followed the closure of the original V1 hub "a few months back," incorporating community feedback. The rollout opens with the first of three phases the project calls "Collect, Connect, Create" — starting with Collect. In a companion thread, @FugzOfficial detailed the Hub itself: profile customization, multi-wallet connection, free 4K wallpaper downloads and ecosystem updates, with more features described as still coming. A second post in the same thread introduced Fugz Gallery, a companion tool for browsing the 5,555-piece Fuzzy Gopher collection — trait search, set completion, and real-time listings that show each piece's badge and diamond values. Neither post says which blockchain the Hub application itself runs on.

The launch had been flagged for weeks: @yotdog69 first teased a hub launching "this month" on July 16, describing rarity-weighted badges that feed a diamond count, then posted a screenshot of a collector profile on July 25 — badges, SBTs, collector cards, a diamond total and a "Chief Fugger" rank — saying the Hub would launch "next week."

The SBT deadline

On July 31, @yotdog69 set the cutoff: anyone holding Fugz SBTs on an Abstract wallet must connect an AGW to their Fugz profile before August 31, 2026 to receive the equivalent SBT airdrop on Ethereum. Once the deadline passes, the post states, there is no claim process — a holder who misses the window loses SBTs earned through past participation, not tokens they can simply re-buy afterward. Migrated SBTs then count toward Diamonds, the currency behind the Hub's Collector Rank system — the same rank shown in the July 25 profile screenshot as "Chief Fugger" with 375 diamonds.

The SBTs being migrated trace mostly to Fugz's MetaFugz activation with MetaMask, which closed June 4 having minted 6,989 Collector Cards and 8,248 SBTs. Connecting an Abstract wallet to claim an asset on Ethereum is a mechanic Fugz has run before: its live migration portal already walks Fuzzy Gopher PFP holders through the same AGW-connect flow onto the project's Ethereum contract, part of the wider migration Fugz began off Abstract in April 2026.

What's not answered

Fugz hasn't said how many of the 8,248 SBTs remain unconnected, so the scale of what's actually at stake by August 31 is unclear. Whether the 6,989 Collector Cards from the same MetaFugz run need the same connect-by-deadline action, or migrate differently, hasn't been addressed either. Neither the Hub nor the Gallery announcement states which chain the applications themselves run on — only that the assets and ranks they track are moving to Ethereum. And the Hub's second and third phases, Connect and Create, remain undescribed beyond their names.
