Team1 LatAm Hosts Second Builder Connect in Argentina Focusing on Tokenization and RWAs

Team1 LatAm (team1latam), the Latin America chapter of the Avalanche Foundation's community and builder network Team1 (avaxteam1), held the second edition of its Builder Connect event in Argentina on August 22, 2026.

The gathering focused on tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), and the future of onchain business, continuing the chapter's mission to connect regional builders and expand the Avalanche ecosystem in Latin America.

Team1 LatAm, which grew out of grassroots developer workshops in Medellín, Colombia, now serves as an umbrella for country-specific chapters such as Team1 Argentina and Team1 Colombia. The event follows the first Builder Connect and reinforces the chapter's push to bring new ideas and developer talent onchain.

The Argentine stop is part of a broader series of Builder Connect events across the region, with Team1 LatAm signaling further stops ahead. The Avalanche ecosystem has seen growing activity in Latin America, with Team1 chapters and developer communities expanding in Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina.
