Ruyui Brings Holder Badge, Perks to Kabu's Sunset City

@RuyuiStudios announced on Sept. 26, 2026 that Ruyui is coming to Sunset City, the experience built by kabuxyz, with a unique badge and special perks set aside for Ruyui holders.

The announcement carried no launch date, badge supply, eligibility snapshot, or explanation of how the perks will be delivered. The specific mechanics of the collaboration remain undisclosed.

Ruyui is the animation and game studio behind Roots of Embervault, a top-down pixel-art soulslike RPG with real-time combat, crafting, and onchain RNG mechanics. Led by co-founders Petek and Yan, the studio builds games and media inside a single original universe rather than releasing disconnected titles.

The tie-up extends a run of holder-facing initiatives from the studio. @RuyuiStudios has recently run community raffles, including whitelist spots for @YieldFields_RH Founding Deeds available to wallets holding seven or more Ruyui assets.

Sunset City is operated by kabuxyz, a team that announced in July 2026 it would exit Abstract for Ethereum. Its gacha product has drawn attention for large pulls, including an all-time high of roughly $2.5 million recorded earlier this year.

Neither party has said when the Ruyui integration goes live or how holders will claim the badge. Those details, along with any snapshot deadline, are the next items to watch.
