Pudgy Penguins Opens Online Shop for Full LINE FRIENDS Collection

pudgypenguins on Oct. 1, 2026 pointed followers to a direct shop link for the full Pudgy Penguins x @_LINEFRIENDS collection, giving consumers an online purchase channel for the co-branded line.

The post follows the collaboration's retail rollout. Co-branded plush toys, blind boxes and figurines were stocked at the LINE FRIENDS SQUARE flagship in Seoul's Myeongdong district, and a Huddle launch event was set for the LINE FRIENDS flagship store in Shanghai's Xujiahui district on Oct. 1 — the same day as the shop link.

The link extends distribution past brick-and-mortar shelves, letting holders and general consumers buy the collection without visiting a flagship store. Pudgy Penguins, an Ethereum-native NFT collection of 8,888 penguins acquired by Luca Netz in April 2022, has leaned heavily on physical retail under Igloo Inc, with its toys selling more than 1.5 million units across Walmart and Target. The project also issues the PENGU token.

What's next

Pudgy Penguins is scheduled to run a four-day Huddle event series in Singapore from Oct. 6 to 9, timed to Token2049, with sponsors including Tangem, WEEX, Bitkub and Sanctum. The LINE FRIENDS collection's online availability gives the collaboration a wider reach beyond the Seoul and Shanghai activations that anchored its debut.
