Off The Grid Sets Three Community Tournaments for Oct 3-4 Weekend

playoffthegrid has announced a full weekend of community competition on Teardrop, with @FlawgamingHQ running three separate tournaments across two nights on Oct. 3-4.

Promotional material for the event lists Third Party as the headline tournament with a $150 prize pool, alongside Rising Stars III and Contenders, each carrying a $75 pool plus Cyrix rewards. Sign-ups and start times are handled through flawgaming.com.

Context

Off The Grid is Gunzilla Games' free-to-play cyberpunk extraction shooter, which entered early access on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on Oct. 8, 2024. The game's player-owned item economy runs on GUNZ, Gunzilla's Avalanche Layer-1 chain.

Community-run events have become a recurring fixture on the game's calendar. A previous community weekend held Sept. 12-13 carried a 450 aggregate reward pool across its Teardrop slate, making the Oct. 3-4 lineup the second such multi-tournament weekend in under a month.
