Streaming is now Open to all Gold Tier Users on the Abstract Portal

Big Changes to the Abstract Portal. Streaming is now available to all Gold Tier users and above.

Previously this was only available to users who applied through the Abstract homepage. Opening up streaming to gold users reduces the hurdle for those looking to stream and may open more use cases.
