Pudgy Penguins CEO lucanetz announced on Aug. 19 that new items have been added to the mystery boxes for the final redemption period, encouraging holders to complete their redemptions.

The update comes as the project's mystery box redemption window closes on September 1, a deadline the team has been promoting through recent streams and social posts. The final live rip stream was held earlier in August, with @ST_McFly picking up two final boxes.

Pudgy Penguins, the Ethereum-based NFT collection acquired by Luca Netz in April 2022, has evolved into a broader consumer brand with physical retail products at Walmart and Target, and the PENGU token on Solana for governance and ecosystem utility.
