Moody Madness Introduces Bracket-Based PvP Fairness Update on Abstract
@MoodyMights, the multiplayer kart-racing game on Abstract built by cryptomazeapp, has deployed a fairness update to its player-vs-player (PvP) combat system. The changes, announced on Sept. 7, 2026, introduce bracket-based attack rules designed to prevent larger players from repeatedly targeting smaller ones.
Under the new system, players can only be attacked by rivals within the same bracket. Players outside a user's bracket cannot attack them unless that user reaches the top of their own bracket. Additionally, the same player can now attack a given rival at most once per day. Larger liquidity pool (LP) losses trigger longer protection cooldowns, making repeated attacks on the same target more costly for aggressors.
The update aims to create fairer fights and encourage more strategic gameplay. Moody Madness is a high-speed kart-racing game featuring AI-powered gameplay, NFT asset ownership, and gasless transactions on Abstract. The game has seen regular seasonal content drops, including the recent Season 11 airdrop and the Brasil Season launch.
