Kona Kitties Reveal Three-Layer Utility: PFP, DeFi Boosts, Game Access

konadefi detailed the three layers of utility for its Kona Kitties NFT collection on June 19. The project, a DeFi protocol on Abstract blockchain, described the NFTs as having a pure PFP asset layer with custom, trait-based designs where higher counts increase the chance of rare PFPs. A second layer enables “buildable” assets that provide boosts to DeFi yields, scaling with the number of Kitties held. A third layer grants access to an upcoming Kona Kitties game, requiring only one NFT. The collection is currently available to mint on abstractchain, as noted in a prior post from konadefi.
