Gigaverse Reveals Deflationary Breeding Mechanic for Gigling Racing
0xDith, founder of Gigaverse, has detailed a new breeding system for Gigling Racing on the Abstract chain. In a post on June 30, 2026, 0xDith described the mechanic as a "new approach to what breeding looks like in a racing economy," emphasizing its deflationary nature and game-theoretic design.
At its core, players select which Giglings to breed, decide the risk and odds of which parent perishes, and determine who receives the offspring. The system is designed to be deflationary, meaning the total supply of Giglings will decrease over time as some are lost in the breeding process.
Gigling Racing is an onchain horse-racing game where players race two-legged Giglings for ETH stakes or for fun, with features including breeding, items, and a Race Oracle. The game runs on the Abstract chain and is playable at giglingracing.com without requiring an existing Gigaverse account.
The announcement builds on the earlier launch of Gigling Duels, which introduced the ability to breed Giglings and advance generations. The new details provide deeper insight into the economic incentives and tokenomics behind the breeding system.
