Gigaverse Launches Gigling Racing, Sees 300 Community Races in First 3 Hours

Gigaverse, the team behind one of Abstract's most successful crypto-native RPGs, has launched a new game: Gigling Racing.
Founder 0xdith announced the launch on June 5, revealing that the game had already seen approximately 300 community-created and filled races in its first three hours. Dith noted that watching races — and throwing DUNG at community members — has proven "addicting."
Gigaverse previously built a popular RPG on Abstract with over 75,000 players and 10 million in marketplace volume. The studio is known for its focus on building for gamers rather than speculators. 0xdith, a former Stripe employee and Head of Business Development at Proof of Play (Pirate Nation), co-founded both Gigaverse and GLHFers.
The racing game allows community members to create and host races. According to Dith, the team is now working on a breeding feature for the racing unicorns.
Gigling Racing adds to Abstract's growing gaming ecosystem, which has seen increasing activity from crypto-native game studios.
