Fugz Opens Phase 2 Public Claims on Halloween Collector Card
Fugz opened public claims for its Halloween Collector Card on Oct 30, 2026, moving the free mint into a second phase after the initial holder window. According to founder yotdog69, existing Fugz holders can mint one additional card, while every other profile is limited to a single free claim. Minting is available only through the project's Collector Hub, with a link posted alongside the announcement.
@FugzOfficial put the remaining supply at 255 cards at the time of the post, framing the release around a Halloween theme.
The card stems from a 500-supply free mint the project scheduled for Oct 29, which introduced a tabbed 3D treatment for the NFT and tied into the wider Collector Hub rollout.
Context
Fugz is a 5,555-piece collection of "Fuzzy Gopher" characters known for its GIF and meme culture, which the project says has generated more than a billion views on Giphy. The collection migrated from Abstract to Ethereum beginning in April 2026; by Oct 21, the project reported 4,951 of 5,555 NFTs — roughly 89% — had been bridged, with the migration site set to close on Dec 14.
The Collector Hub has become the project's main distribution point for free and limited releases, and the Halloween card is the latest in a series of collaborations and holder perks announced through the fall.
With 255 cards left, the public phase leaves the remaining supply open to non-holders on a one-per-profile basis until it is exhausted.
