Fugz Introduces Fug Hunt Badge System to Collector Hub

Fugz (@FugzOfficial) has introduced Fug Hunt, a new feature in its Collector Hub that lets users collect badges to climb ranks. The update was announced on Aug. 12, 2026, and is the first of several new additions planned for the 5,555-piece Fuzzy Gopher NFT collection.

Fug Hunt builds on the V2 Collector Hub, which launched for all wallet holders in late July 2026. That hub introduced rarity-weighted badges, collector cards, and rank progression. With Fug Hunt, the badge-collecting process is streamlined, giving holders a clearer path to advance through the ranks.

Fugz migrated to Ethereum in April 2026 after originating on Abstract. The project is known for its GIF and IP culture, with more than a billion views across Giphy. The team has been rolling out hub updates throughout the ongoing Collect phase.

Fugz founder yotdog69 highlighted the update, noting that additional features are on the way. The announcement follows the Collector Hub launch covered by Descout on Aug. 11, 2026.

Fug Hunt is now live within the Collector Hub, accessible to Fugz holders. Further updates are expected as the project continues its Collect phase.
