FrankyGo Opens Blind Box Reward Redemption Via Hub Flywheel
FrankyGo has opened redemption for its blind box rewards, letting holders who received flies from burned First Edition boxes move them into the Franky Hub flywheel and spin for NFT prizes, frankythefrog said on Oct. 6.
The step follows the burn-to-claim window that opened on Oct. 5, when FrankyGo unlocked digital rewards and physical collectible preorders for Series One blind box holders. Holders burn their boxes through the Hub and receive flies in return; the flywheel is now the path that converts those flies into spins on a pool of in-game NFT prizes.
Flies Converted Into NFT Prizes
Early results are circulating in the community. @OnChain_Belgian reported burning a single blind box, receiving 5,000 flies, and pulling two "nibbles" NFTs from the flywheel.
FrankyGo sold out all 1,000 First Edition Series One blind boxes at launch on Sept. 30, with more than 50,000 in digital rewards attached to the set. The collection has traded on the secondary market since, meaning holders who did not mint directly can still participate by acquiring a box and burning it.
FrankyGo is an onchain idle RPG on Abstract built by Lonely Lily Studios, the team behind the Franky's Adventures mobile game. Players send Franky the Frog on ticketed woodland runs to collect Crumbs, climb seasonal leaderboards, and earn ecosystem token rewards.
What to Watch
The burn-to-claim window runs for 30 days from its Oct. 5 opening, leaving holders until early November to convert boxes into flies. Watch for how the flywheel's NFT prize pool is distributed as more boxes are burned and whether FrankyGo adds additional redemption routes before the window closes.
