Final Bosu's MEMO Adds Social Layer With Comments and Stories - Abstract blockchain breaking news

Final Bosu (finalbosuX) has added a social layer to MEMO, its identity and character app, letting users like and comment on Characters, Profiles, Stories and Art.

Announced on Oct. 7, 2026, the update also introduces mentions that pull other users into threads and opens Story writing to anyone rather than only a character's owner. Each published Story shares to X as a card, pushing MEMO content onto the timeline.

The team attributed the direction to its community, noting that much of the feature set began as suggestions raised in its Discord server.

Context

Final Bosu is an Ethereum NFT project building a co-created anime franchise in which holders help shape characters, cities and lore. MEMO serves as the ecosystem's personal identity layer, surfacing a holder's ID, Growth Path and token balance.

The app has expanded steadily through 2026. It opened character creation to holders in July, launched on mobile in August, and introduced character story-building in September, as previously reported.

The new features shift MEMO from a personal identity tool toward a networked one, where interaction between holders sits alongside ownership records. Story cards rendered for X also give MEMO content a distribution path beyond the app itself — an audience Final Bosu has been cultivating since opening the platform to holders earlier this year.
