Final Bosu Launches 'Black Market' Fragment for Respawned Characters

Final Bosu (finalbosux) released a new Fragment called Black Market on Sept. 28, 2026, open to holders of any Character that has respawned 12 or more times. The drop is offered once for every owner, according to the project's announcement.

Fragments are Final Bosu's recurring collectible releases, each gated behind a specific trait or holding condition. The project has shipped a steady cadence of them through 2026, including WHALE, which used tiered character-holding requirements; Stamina; Special for holders of that trait; Forger's Gift for kurogane-carrying characters; and Long Term Memory on Sept. 21, which required holders to retain at least half their collection for six months or longer.

Black Market's threshold differs from those earlier drops in that eligibility is tied to a Character's respawn count rather than a static trait or a balance snapshot.

Final Bosu is an Ethereum NFT project building a co-created anime franchise, with characters, cities, and storylines developed alongside a community of holders who call themselves Bosus. The team has used the Fragment series to layer additional ownership conditions onto its existing collection.

The announcement did not specify a mint price or a closing window for the Black Market claim. Holders looking to participate will need to check the respawn count on their Characters to confirm eligibility, and any deadline details are expected to follow in subsequent project updates.
