Eterna Adds Avalanche Deposits for Trading Account Funding
Eterna, a crypto trading platform, has enabled account funding via Avalanche, allowing users to move funds onto the venue through the Avalanche network and route them into trading activity. The avax account retweeted Eterna's announcement on Oct. 28, 2026, bringing the integration to the wider Avalanche audience.
According to Eterna's post, deposits made through Avalanche are now live on the platform, letting users fund an account and proceed to their next trade without leaving the Avalanche rails. The announcement does not specify supported assets, minimum deposit sizes, or fee terms.
A payments-rail integration
The update is a deposit-rail connection rather than a protocol-level change: Eterna is adding Avalanche as an on-ramp for account balances, and Avalanche's official account is promoting the venue's use of its network. Avalanche has spent the past year emphasizing payments and settlement infrastructure, with launches including the Avalanche Payments Collective and regulated stablecoin rails from Paxos, alongside tokenized fund work with issuers such as Neuberger Berman and NYLIM.
For traders, the practical effect is a direct funding path from Avalanche wallets to an active trading account. Eterna has not published details on which assets can be deposited or whether withdrawals will follow the same route.
What to watch: whether Eterna expands Avalanche support beyond deposits and discloses asset coverage or volume figures tied to the integration.
