DYLI Asks Collectors to Migrate Collectibles and Balances to Base

Drafted by the Descout wire deskHow this was made

DYLI, the marketplace for authentic physical-backed collectibles, is directing its collectors to move their holdings to base. On 2026-10-18, the project's official account dyli_io pointed users to a sign-in flow on its site that walks them through transferring both collectibles and account balances, framing the process as a guided one rather than a manual, contract-by-contract migration.

According to the announcement, user profiles and rewards carry over automatically through the move. Collectors who complete the migration also receive diamonds, DYLI's platform incentive, as a completion reward.

What DYLI does

DYLI operates a marketplace where every listing corresponds to a real physical item — trading cards, sealed packs, graded slabs, and toys — allowing collectors to trade digitally while retaining the option to keep items vaulted or have them shipped globally. The marketplace has run on the Abstract chain, and its catalog spans brand and partner collections that are independent of the platform itself.

The shift to Base marks a change of venue for the marketplace's trading layer rather than its inventory. DYLI has not specified a deadline for the migration in the announcement, saying only that the process is available now and that the team will guide participants through it.

What to watch

Collectors holding items or balances on the existing setup should watch for further instructions from dyli_io, particularly any cutoff date after which the legacy flow is retired. Whether the diamonds incentive scales with holdings, and how physical redemption requests are handled during the transition, remain open questions the project has yet to detail publicly.
