COTI Privacy-on-Demand and Privacy Portal Go Live on Avalanche - Abstract blockchain breaking news

COTI's Privacy-on-Demand service and Privacy Portal are now live on Avalanche, avax announced on Sept. 16, bringing private data processing to applications building on the network.

According to the announcement, applications can route sensitive data through @COTInetwork for private processing while keeping their assets and smart contracts on Avalanche. The Privacy Portal also lets users hold, send and receive supported assets privately on the C-Chain, Avalanche's primary smart contract chain.

The framing is squarely enterprise-oriented: the announcement positions confidentiality as a prerequisite for business activity moving onchain, with COTI supplying the privacy layer rather than a separate execution environment. That structure means developers do not have to migrate contracts or liquidity off Avalanche to gain private data handling.

Context

COTI has built privacy-focused infrastructure for payments and onchain business data. The Avalanche deployment extends that tooling to the network's C-Chain, where activity has increasingly tilted toward institutional and consumer-facing applications.

Avalanche has spent recent weeks stacking enterprise and public-sector integrations, including a national digital identity deployment in the UAE and a won-backed stablecoin from Korea's BDACS. A privacy toolkit aimed at confidential business data fits the same enterprise push, though COTI is the party shipping the product here.

What to watch

Adoption will depend on whether Avalanche-based applications integrate Privacy-on-Demand into live workflows rather than pilot programs. COTI has not disclosed named launch partners or usage figures for the deployment.
