Hines previously served as the executive director of the President's Council of Advisers on Digital Assets under the White House, bringing policy expertise to the blockchain event. His talk will cover the future of stablecoins and how policymakers are approaching blockchain technology.

The announcement comes as avax continues to expand its presence in the stablecoin and real-world asset space. On Aug. 20, Avalanche launched the Payments Collective with WisdomTree, Franklin Templeton, and others, focusing on stablecoin settlement, FX, and treasury operations. On Aug. 14, Avalanche reported 365M in 30-day RWA transfer volume, a 360% increase.
