Abstract Introduces Weekly All-Star Badge for Community Members

abstractchain introduced the Abstract All-Star on Aug. 3, a new weekly program that awards a special badge to one community member each week. The recognition targets individuals who go "above and beyond" through their onchain contributions or the impact they create across the ecosystem.

The badge design features a trophy icon with a star, set against a white background with a metallic rim. The first Abstract All-Star has not yet been named, with the team saying an announcement is coming soon.

The initiative builds on Abstract's existing badge ecosystem, which recently surpassed 5.5 million badges claimed by Abstract Global Wallet users since mainnet launch. The All-Star badge adds a selective, recognition-based layer to that system.

Abstract is the consumer-focused Ethereum Layer-2 from @IglooInc, the parent company of Pudgy Penguins, with Cube Labs leading chain engineering. The team has not detailed how winners will be selected or what privileges the badge may carry.
