Aborean Expands to Ethereum Mainnet With Governance Token Airdrop

Aborean (aborean), the central liquidity layer on the Abstract blockchain, is expanding to Ethereum mainnet, founder Alexander (nativeaborean) announced today.

The expansion includes a governance token airdrop for loyal users on Ethereum mainnet, with the token earning weekly trading fees. Alexander said exact airdrop details will be shared in the coming days and weeks, noting that "Aborean loyalists to now and until mainnet will be rewarded with a piece of the Ethereum pie."

The new deployment introduces changes to the (3,3) system, aiming to solve inefficiencies from previous (3,3) deployments. Alexander described Aborean as "positioned to shake things up on mainnet like never seen before."

Aborean serves as Abstract's liquidity coordination layer, managing incentives, governance, and liquidity for on-chain assets. The protocol's native token is ABX.

No timeline for the Ethereum mainnet launch has been provided beyond the upcoming weeks.
