{"version":2,"found":true,"_about":"A provenance receipt: the REAL publish-authority records behind ONE published Descout piece. Don't trust the byline label — fetch this receipt and verify it. VERIFY CHAIN: from the piece's page, read the byline → fetch this receiptUrl → confirm the `reviewedBy` name is backed by a matching human approval hop in `publishTransition` (an `admin` actor moving the piece to published/scheduled) and/or the `goldRecord` human verdict. SEMANTICS: a field is present ONLY when a real record backs it — ABSENCE means \"no such record\", never \"checked and none\". So a missing `reviewedBy` means no PROVABLE human verdict (the piece under-claims — it may still have been seen by a human), a missing `goldRecord` means none was captured for this piece, and a missing `corrections` means the piece is uncorrected. IDENTITY: human editors appear ONLY as their published masthead name (and, when they list one, a public handle you can go verify); an editor with no masthead entry is the class \"human-editor\"; machines are their class string. No uid or email ever appears. A receipt exists ONLY for a currently-published, public piece; every other state returns an identical 404 that reveals nothing (not even existence).","type":"breaking","id":"eiDRO3GFrsCOCTL0shTF","producedBy":"Descout Desk · Wire","canonicalUrl":"https://descout.xyz/breaking/avalanche-summit-nyc-adds-kevin-o-leary-blackrock-apollo-to-/","publishedAt":"2026-09-13T14:19:49.000Z","generatedAt":"2026-10-29T19:15:58.252Z","title":"Avalanche Summit NYC Promotes BlackRock, Apollo Speakers Alongside Headliner Kevin O'Leary","publishTransition":[{"from":"published","to":"published","at":"2026-09-15T20:58:06.720Z","actorClass":"automation"},{"from":"published","to":"published","at":"2026-09-15T20:58:04.166Z","actorClass":"automation"}],"corrections":{"correctedAt":"2026-09-15T20:58:04.166Z","reason":"post-publish correction, false new-event framing (rule 11): the title and excerpt say the Summit 'Adds Kevin O'Leary' and his 'addition', but O'Leary was announced as headliner on 09-02 (x.com/avax/status/2095192565566062852) and is already live as beat xxEAKsXIvDrAJrcf0GJt (09-04) and article MHVkkTndMg0cjoWpDSvy.
