{"version":2,"found":true,"_about":"A provenance receipt: the REAL publish-authority records behind ONE published Descout piece. Don't trust the byline label — fetch this receipt and verify it. VERIFY CHAIN: from the piece's page, read the byline → fetch this receiptUrl → confirm the `reviewedBy` name is backed by a matching human approval hop in `publishTransition` (an `admin` actor moving the piece to published/scheduled) and/or the `goldRecord` human verdict. SEMANTICS: a field is present ONLY when a real record backs it — ABSENCE means \"no such record\", never \"checked and none\". So a missing `reviewedBy` means no PROVABLE human verdict (the piece under-claims — it may still have been seen by a human), a missing `goldRecord` means none was captured for this piece, and a missing `corrections` means the piece is uncorrected. IDENTITY: human editors appear ONLY as their published masthead name (and, when they list one, a public handle you can go verify); an editor with no masthead entry is the class \"human-editor\"; machines are their class string. No uid or email ever appears. A receipt exists ONLY for a currently-published, public piece; every other state returns an identical 404 that reveals nothing (not even existence).","type":"article","id":"FuFB5HDbEPvmLuwSYURi","producedBy":"Descout Desk · Articles","canonicalUrl":"https://descout.xyz/news/yield-guild-games-crowns-idle-tactics-ascension-vibeblitz-champion/","publishedAt":"2026-08-14T20:40:16.006Z","generatedAt":"2026-10-19T13:04:09.081Z","title":"Yield Guild Games Crowns Idle Tactics: Ascension VibeBlitz Champion","publishTransition":[{"from":"published","to":"published","at":"2026-09-04T13:26:11.084Z","actorClass":"automation"},{"from":"published","to":"published","at":"2026-09-04T13:26:09.824Z","actorClass":"automation"},{"from":"published","to":"published","at":"2026-09-04T09:19:47.379Z","actorClass":"automation"},{"from":"draft","to":"published","at":"2026-09-04T08:39:17.085Z","actorClass":"ops-cli"}],"goldRecord":{"id":"articles:FuFB5HDbEPvmLuwSYURi:confirm","decision":"confirm","at":"2026-09-04T08:39:17.268Z"},"corrections":{"correctedAt":"2026-09-04T13:26:09.824Z","reason":"Consolidated correction (supersedes the 09:19Z note on this article; full history in transitionLog). FIVE changes, all verified against primary sources opened directly. (1) The lede dated the winners announcement Aug. 13 and cited @YieldGuild 2087792739211739269, a re-share quoting @BCGbiz. YGG's own post (@YieldGuild 2087102359575142718, 2026-08-11T09:02:33Z), Animoca Brands' announcement (dateline Aug 11, 2026, \"today revealed the winning entries\"), BlockchainGamer.biz and EGamers.io (both Aug 11) put it at Aug. 11. Corrected, and re-cited to the primary. (2) \"three days later than planned\" was derived from that wrong date: the published schedule ran July 13-Aug 10 (Animoca launch announcement; @YieldGuild 2075084741515301161), so an Aug. 11 result is one day late, not three. (3) \"vibecode.game, which Yield Guild Games launched in July\" - @Vibecode_game 2066780034929705414 (June 16, \"today, we're launching your go-to site\") and @YieldGuild 2066782709687660998 both resolve, via t.co/77wtbbJ60E and t.co/cbHtnsPTag, to https://vibecode.game/. Corrected to June and now cited to that post. (4) DELETED the closing two sentences. The first (\"Neither Yield Guild Games nor Animoca has said whether the five winning games get further funding or publishing support beyond the prize pool\") is refuted by the contest page the article itself cites, which states: \"Top projects don't just walk away with prize money - they get a real path forward\", then describes the Minds Investment Programme plus \"distribution, DevRel support, and introductions across the 600+ Animoca Brands portfolio\". The second attributed to EGamers a claim EGamers does not make: that article contains no statement about funding or publishing commitments, and its only \"discovery layer\"/\"validation\" wording sits inside a direct Gabby Dizon quote that ends \"find, test, and support the next generation of AI creators\" - the opposite of the \"rather than a publishing pipeline\" framing the sentence asserted. Deleted rather than rewritten, since no source supports the point in any form. The matching fabricated note on researchSources[egamers-vibeblitz-winner] was also stripped so a writer re-run cannot reproduce it. (5) The excerpt and seoDescription called the winners \"five pixel-art games\"; Agent Fighter is described by both Animoca and EGamers as a browser-based 2D fighting game with no pixel-art descriptor. Changed to \"five browser games\". provenanceIndex was realigned with the changed citations and the article now lints 0 violations / 0 warnings. \"Pixel Abysss\" was deliberately left alone: that is the spelling on the official contest page. Lam-approved correction pass, 2026-09-04.","note":"Corrected Sept. 4, 2026. This article originally dated the VibeBlitz winners announcement Aug. 13, said the judges picked the winners three days later than planned, and said vibecode.game launched in July. Yield Guild Games and Animoca Brands announced the winners on Aug. 11 - one day after the scheduled Aug. 10 close - and vibecode.game launched on June 16; the lede now cites YGG's own announcement rather than a later re-share. Two closing sentences were also removed: they said neither company had committed anything beyond the prize money and cited EGamers for it, but EGamers makes no such statement and the contest page tells entrants that \"top projects don't just walk away with prize money\", citing an Animoca investment programme, distribution and portfolio introductions. The summary described the winners as five pixel-art games; one of the five, Agent Fighter, is a browser-based fighting game, so that now reads \"five browser games\".","supersededBy":null},"entities":[{"slug":"yield-guild-games","name":"Yield Guild Games"}]}
